The 21st century saw Atlantis enter into a new era in swimming pool engineering. We began designing Olympic size pools, specifically customised to service commercial businesses. With a unique modular design, there are countless variations to possible size, shape and usage, all at a fraction of the cost of an in-ground. Ranging anywhere up to 50m long, our pools are used for racing with lanes and/or ropes, squad training, swimming schools, water aerobics or lap pools.

It all began when Atlantis developed Australia’s very first portable 25m above-ground pool, that was totally braceless with square corners. Used in the launch of the newly created ‘One Summer’ Iron Man series, this unique pool toured around Australia visiting the famous beaches of Sydney (Cronulla & Manly), Gold Coast, South Australia and Melbourne. It saw some of the toughest racing with a whole host of Iron Men and Women pounding it out in competition.

Since its inception, we have never looked back. With the One Summer series drawing huge crowds and national television coverage, demands for the super strong pools have seen many products developments and variations on the design. In meeting the diverse needs of clients from different business backgrounds, Atlantis can now design unique commercial pools customised to your own specialised requirements.

The options available can include racing lanes, floatation ropes, tumble-turn ends and multi-purpose top rails that can be enhanced with timber decking, sand stone finishes or paving.
